Glenn Gould Variations

Miller channeled Canadian icon Glenn Gould for one amazing weekend in Sept 2012

DREAMERS RENEGADES VISIONARIES: The Glenn Gould Variations was a two-day festival held at the University of Toronto in Sept 2012. As many as 50 artists, thinkers and creators from 9 countries (Argentina, Britain, Canada, China, Croatia, France, Germany, Japan and USA) enlightened, amused and dazzled with their performances, their stories and their ideas, each for approximately 20 minutes.

Miller channeled Canadian icon Glenn Gould for one amazing weekend in Sept 2012, celebrating what would have been his 80th birthday. Some of the top artists in the world converged upon the University of Toronto to speak, perform and dream big: Lang Lang, Robert Wilson, Norman Jewison, Chilly Gonzalez, Atom and Eve Egoyan, Brent Carver and so many more. Through it all, Miller played, danced and clowned around as a ghost of Gould, delighting in the incredible displays of talent and creativity from the invited guests.
